Artist Collaboration

We believe artists should be recognized and compensated for the creativity they contribute. We welcome artists of all genders, backgrounds, styles and experience levels who are interested in developing meaningful, long-term creative partnerships with Her Turn.

How the Collaboration Works

Artists selected for the program will receive a 5% royalty based on Net Product Sales from products featuring their artwork. Net Product Sales means the product price paid by the customer after discounts, excluding taxes and separately charged shipping, and reduced only by refunds or chargebacks.

Her Turn is intentionally being developed as an accessible, mission-led brand with a deliberately lean pricing structure. Our priority is to create high-quality, feminine and fantasy-inspired gaming products that remain reasonably affordable for our community. The 5% royalty rate is designed to compensate contributing artists while allowing Her Turn to cover production costs, maintain accessible pricing and build a sustainable program that can support more artists over time.

Artists will:

  • Retain ownership and copyright of their original artwork.

  • Approve the artwork and product applications included in the collaboration.

  • Receive visible artist credit whenever reasonably possible.

  • Receive quarterly royalty statements and payments.

  • Grant Her Turn permission to use the approved artwork only as outlined in a separate written agreement.

Before You Submit

This form helps us learn more about you, your artistic style and the work you may be interested in licensing. Completing the form:

  • Does not guarantee selection or future sales.

  • Does not transfer ownership of your artwork.

  • Does not authorize Her Turn to manufacture, advertise or sell your artwork.

  • Does not create a formal business or licensing relationship.

 

If we identify a potential fit, we will contact you to discuss the artwork, products, creative expectations and collaboration terms. No artwork will be used or sold until a separate Artist License and Royalty Agreement has been reviewed and signed by both parties.

All submitted work must be original or legally licensable by the submitting artist. Please disclose any use of generative AI, stock imagery, licensed fonts or other third-party materials. Artwork containing copyrighted characters, logos, card art, game symbols or other intellectual property that the artist does not have permission to license cannot be considered.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, completed tax forms or other sensitive financial information through this form. Artists selected for a collaboration will receive separate instructions for securely providing the necessary tax and payment information.

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and have read and agree to the Her Turn Artist Submission Terms and Conditions. I confirm that I own or control the rights necessary to submit the materials and have disclosed any generative AI, co-creators and third-party assets that could affect commercial use. I understand that submission does not transfer ownership, authorize commercial use, guarantee selection or create a royalty obligation. Any commercial collaboration requires a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
